Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. If there is a delay in shipping you will be contacted by email. Tracking numbers are provided only if you have not received your order within 5 working days after your order has been shipped.

Accepted Payment Methods
Our store accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover Amex and USPS money orders. We will not accept a personal check.

Our Return Policy
Orders for engines and electrical parts are NOT returnable for refund or exchange. Please make sure you are ordering the correct engine. We will accept any product, other than a engine or electrical part in its unused condition up to 30 days from the date of shipment. Before returning any product, you will need to email us for an RMA number. We charge a 20% restocking fee for all returned orders. This fee is waved for parts listed on the web site when you exchange for the correct part. The shipping cost will not be refunded. We will only pay the shipping if there was a mistake on our end. Please note that if an item is received after the 30 days or you have not called to get return approval the item will be returned to you with the shipping charged to the credit card. Orders for parts that are not listed on the site are special order parts. These parts will be returned to you with the shipping charged to the card on file if you do not send the invoice with the return. All special order returns are charged a 20% restocking fee. Please allow 30 days for the credit to show on you credit card before calling.

Privacy Policy
We do not share the information gathered through this web site with any other 3rd party without your express consent. All payment information entered through this web site is done so through a secure server with SSL encryption. We hand process your credit card here at the store. After your order is processed online it is deleted from any oniline server. All paper orders are ran through a paper shredder.

Out if the Country Orders

Shipping cost for int'l orders are not always calculated correctly on the site. Most of the time there is a over charge, we will correct the amount prior to processing the order. If you feel the cost shown is not correct please email. We do not over charge for shipping. The amount you pay is the actual shipping amount. The normal shipping time is 7-10 days but can take up to 45 days if held up at customs.

Address Corrections

UPS charges $11.00 to our account if they have to correct your address. We will charge this to your credit card so please make sure that you enter your address correctly. They will charge if you use CR in place of county Road, they will charge if the zip code is one number off. If you see this charge a few weeks after your order and believe that your address is correct just contact us and we will see if we can get UPS to credit the charges if they have made a mistake. Your shipping lable is not typed in by us, it is auto filled in based on what you type in so we can not make a mistake or change this information. If you notice a error please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to catch it before it ships out.
